Dundas Square Gardens will be ready for vip sales in Jan 2014

The City’s response was that the proposal represented overdevelopment of a site that is nearby to a low-rise community to the northeast. The brand-new proposition suggests that the structure be redeveloped into a 45-storey mixed use development with retail, cultural and residential area. The rectangular floor plate of the tower is suggested to be 900 sq metres, larger than the 750 sq metres the City normally seeks. The size is much less than the overall floorspace of the two specific towers proposed in the eariler strategy.
